Yes - come see the Show! Delonte West and his 10-day suspension has been recruited to come back by Danny Ainge and what I and many other Celtics fans feel is his rightful home. He was traded along with Wally Szczerbiak to fetch Ray Allen, who anyone worth his salt knows I love, but it was nevertheless bittersweet to lose Delonte in the process, because he was absolutely the coolest Celtic ever.
The Redz Revue returns, and the Celtics locker room will be full of quotable characters despite the departure of Rasheed Wallace . . . Mr. “Ball Don’t Lie” himself. Shaquille O’Neal will likely be in the No. 1 position for the Celtics locker room all-quotable (LRAQ) team, but Delonte will challenge him because he’s just that wild & crazy . . . literally. Kryptonate, Mr. @wordaapp himself, Nate Robinson will be in the conversation, followed by the current new "Where's Waldo?" candidate, Glen “Big Baby” Davis, who was also the former “baby Shaq”, but will now undoubtedly be in the shadow of his LSU-alum “papa Shaq”, despite his best off-the-court publicity efforts.
This also puts Rajon Rondo at about the No. 15 spot on this years LRAQ team for the Celtics. Who ever said life was fair?
