Justin got his start on MVN.com as the sole contributor to the Celtics17 blog during the beginning of the Danny Ainge era in Boston. He co-founded, co-hosted, and produced both Celtics Stuff Live and Killer Crossover on 360thepitch.com before developing celticsstufflive.com and focusing all his efforts towards covering the Boston Celtics. He has had credentialed access to the Celtics locker room since January of ‘07 and is a member of the pro basketball writers association.

Celtics Stuff Live is broadcasting Sunday Night at 9pm with special guest, Chris Forsberg from ESPN Boston. If you don't already, you can follow Chris on twitter (@ESPNForsberg) and that is where you will find some of his best stuff and solid discussion. Like this comment from Tony Allen who recently chose the Grizzlies over the Celtics:
More TA: "I don't mind embracing the role [of defensive stopper], but there is more to my game. Let's not get that twisted."

Celtics Stuff Live welcomed Sherrod Blakely of Comcast Sportsnet for his first appearance on the show. Sherrod absolutely killed it and brought a lot of energy to the night. He's in the regular rotation folks! Sherrod gave us his thoughts on a number of topics and we discussed his interview with Jermaine O'Neal along with all the other hot topics in South Beach. Jon and Justin spent the rest of the night discussing "The Decision" and how the Celtics will match up. Here are the times for a few segments:

Celtics Stuff Live welcomed Steve Bulpett to the show just as he was wrapping up his coverage of the Celtics first summer league game. Leading into the show, was an excellent article from Steve earlier in the weekend offering up Barbosa and Fernandez as potential targets for the Celtics.
Steve was an excellent guest as always and you will find an outline of the show after the jump.

Per our good friend Scott Souza on his Courtside View Blog:
Kendrick Perkins confirmed at a Shamrock Foundation event tonight that he has a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Perkins said he is scheduled for surgery in eight days and expects rehab to last 5-6 months.
All I can say is...ugh.
